They’re a great choice if you want to enhance the look of the interior of your home with wood accents. Simonton double hung windows come in very large widths and can help save you money. Simonton Hopper Windows
Simonton Hopper windows, commonly referred to as basement windows, are hinged at the bottom and open inward. Hinged windows such as hoppers generally have lower air leakage rates than sliding windows from the same manufacturer because the sash closes by pressing against the frame. Screens are placed on the exterior of the window unit. Similar to casements, the entire window area can be opened, while sliders are limited to less than half of the window area.
Simonton Awning Windows
Simonton Awning windows are very similar in design to casement windows, however, awning windows are typically wider than they are tall. Awning windows are commonly used for ventilation, placed above or below a window or door.
